Allianz Cornhill at Dunsfold June 23rd, 2005 Allianz Cornhill recently held an impressive function at Dunsfold Park,  in one of the aircraft hangars there and Red Herring were called in for the catering, once the jumbo jet had been removed!  850 guests arrived at the hangar where they were met with drinks, then took thier seats for a three course meal where all of the 85 tables were served within 15 minutes of each other - a tough task to achieve, especially when the venue is the size of two football pitches.

"We were totally amazed by Red Herring as an organisation. We had a series of twelve large scale events that summer and worked with many catering companies up and down the country, and Red Herring were by far the most impressive.

For starters they are nice people, extremely knowledgeable and very eager to please. 

On the night thier delivery was amazing. The quality of the food and the incredible way in which they handled the logistics of serving 850 people within 15 minutes of each other was gobsmackingly impressive. Working with Red Herring basically means that there is one thing less to concern an event planner on his/her big night. 

I would have no qualms in recommending their services to anyone looking at catering for any number, in fact I already have to a good many!
