...restaurant on the move
Provided by Bedouin Tents, the marquee incorporated carved wooden screening and a 'chill out' area of traditional low sofas and cushions, all decorated with artifacts, carvings and lamps. After a selection of canapes Red Herring Catering offered guests a starter of seared scallops with a snow pea and ginger salad, followed by a lamb main course. The white chocolate wedding cake provided by Linzi of Lymington formed part of the sweet along with strawberries dipped in dark chocolate and dusted with edible gold leaf.
"Dear Steve & the team THANK YOU! Faultless service, food and organisation. Ben and I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed everything you were involved in on our wedding day. It was the best food at any wedding I have ever attended (rather thrilled it was my own!) Your staff are a true credit to you, charming, and the presentation of everything was wonderful. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who aske, in fact you were the best supplier we had. So pleased you were free to do the wedding! Best regards Claire & Ben" |
