Guests were greeted with miniature mince pies and gold dusted ginger parkin along with a warming glass of Gluwein, followed by a wedding breakfast of locally made sausages and mash. For dessert Red Herring created a christmas 'Girls & Boys' trio, with a raspberry creme brule and a caramelised lemon tart served with a shot of dessert wine for the girls, whilst the boys tucked into our prize winning Christmas puddings served with a miniature jug of vanilla and brandy sauce, accompanied by a shot of brandy. |
