Congratulations Lucy & Sarah

September 19th, 2009

Lucy & Sarah celebrated thier union with a reception at the family home in Brockenhurst with 60 of thier family and friends. Guests were treated to champagne and canapes, followed by a 2 course meal which included a lamb roast cooked on a spit in front of the guests followed by a swwet trio of carrot cake, passionfruit panna cotta and lemon tart. Guests continued the celebrations while we portioned and displayed the wedding 'cheese' cake for everyone to enjoy..

"Dear Steve & colleagues

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for helping to make Lucy and Sarah's event such a resounding success. 

The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of it ot make sure everyone was completely satisfied. Everyone commented on the exciting range of canapes and tasty  main meal. The salds not used on the day were very welcome the follwoing day when the left over family all came back for seconds, it saved us lots of extra work. 

The staff were courteous, efficient and unobtrusive as they went about the task of ensuring all the guests had plenty to eat and drink. They were also very supportive when it came to rescuing one of the guests locked in the loo. 

Special thanks to Melissa in the office who liased throughout the planning and who was always helpful; supportive and reassuring. 

The quality of the food and service was fantastic; the attention to detail and your flexibility was amazing. We will happily recommend you and your company when anyone asks us about local caterers.
