Everything about the day was absolutely spot on and your contribution was very important tahnk you. We have receieved many letters from guests complimenting Red Herring and to quote a few:-

- The catering for our wedding breakfast was quite superb, so efficiently served and you must be delighted that it was so well done

- I thought the food was some of the best I've ever tasted at a wedding and I am now a confirmed fan of bloody mary & scallops

- The meal was delicious

- The food was really incredible and one of the best meals I have ever been lucky enough to enjoy at a wedding - the beef was out of this world (from a farmers daughter)
