Congratulations Sarah & Alex

May 19th, 2007

The sun came out this weekend for Sarah & Alex who married at St Peter & St Paul's church in Ewhurst Green, Surrey.  After the ceremony 140 guests made thier way to the marquee for the drinks reception where we served some of our most popular canapes. Guests then entered the marquee for a 3 course meal of goats cheese & chive cheesecake, roast fillet of beef and our infamous sweet trio.  However, just before the coffee was served a suprise was revealed to the guests in the form of a jazz band from behind a curtain, which they all loved! Later in the evening, once the party was in full swing we served traditional bacon butties to those who still had a little room!

Michael and wanted I to thank you all so much for the wonderful food and service you provided for Sarah's wedding, last wedding.  We thought  the meal on Saturday and buffet lunch on Sunday were superb. Our guests haven't stopped talking about the quality of everything you cooked and several people asked for your details. 

All of your staff worked so hard on both day and couldn't have been more professional. Would you also say a big thank you to the chef and Michelle for all her patience dealing with requests etc.

We really enjoyed ourselves and would like to do it all over again, it just went too quickly. So once again thank you all, and please do not hesitate to use us a reference should anyone require one.
