The new vehicle was unveiled to a very warm reception; guests toasted it with plenty of champagne and enjoyed canapes including warm bloody Mary shots served with a seared scallop and miniature goat's cheese and chive cheesecakes. Guests arriving straight from work were pleased to be offered more substantial fare in the form of a Thai Pad noodle stir fry with lemon chicken and crispy duck, pak choi and water chestnuts, served in porcelain rice dishes with chopsticks for the adventurous and forks for those just hungry!
