Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust

October 16th, 2009

The Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust held their annual dinner and auction at Hampworth estate this year and Red Herring provided the catering. Guests were greeted with canapes on arrival and then served a 4 course meal which included Hamptworth estate venison as the main course. Red Herring even ended up getting involved in the auction by donating a Christmas canape masterclass for the winning bidder!

"Thank you so much for the outstanding dinner and service you provided on Friday evening.  We have always been fortunate with the quality of our diners, but quite sincerely you took things to a whole new level for us.  It was also wonderful, given the occasion, to present game in the way that you did.

You were incredibly generous to us on th terms you offered us, for which we are most grateful.

Thank you also very much indeed for spontaneously offering an auction lot which, as you could see, was very well recieved. I thorughly enjoyed meeting you and, once again, thank you to you and your team so much for all you did in the run-up to and on the evening itself. I am sue our paths will cross again.
