Tom Beldam turns 18! April 15th, 2006 Red Herring provided the catering for Tom Beldam's 18th birthday which saw 100 of his friends and family arriving to the marquee, set up in the grounds of his home in Hook, Hampshire, being greeted with canapes and then taking their seats for a 2 course dinner of roast fillet of beef followed by a 'Girls & Boy's' dessert.

"We were originally concerned whether we would find caterers able to provide a totally organised quality service within the grounds, without needing to enter the house, and so were delighted to find Red Herring. You had a good understanding of the nature of the party, ages of the guests and type of meal suitable, and your input was very much appreciated.

We have received numerous letters following the party claiming it was their 'best ever'. In particular, they all mentioned how great the food was - your chef received many plaudits, so please pass on our thanks! Your waiting staff were also extremely professional, approachable and helpful, and so it is no wonder that we hope to use you again. 

All in all, everything was a great success, in no small part to all your hard work, brilliant suggestions and professionalism on the night.
