Indian Casino Charity Evening 

March 1st, 2008

Mr & Mrs Beldam hosted another successful charity event this Saturday for 120 guests. The theme was carried throughout by Red Herring and served Indian themed canapes as guests arrived and then moved onto bowl food of tikka, pilau rice an a selection of miniature naan breads, to name but a few.

Once again, I am writing to thank you and the marvellous staff of Red Herring for your hard work and efforts in providing delicious food and excellent service at thier fund-raising Indian Casino night on Saturday evening.

Your understanding of the space, and interpretation of the theme worked so beautifully, from table layouts and decor, to provision of a suitable menu with attractive serving dishes, particularly for the drinks and canapes. As a result, arriving guests could immediately sense a promising evening ahead of quality and splendour and they were not dissapointed!

 The evening was a great success, and the funds raised for the charity exceeded the previous amount by £1,000!

It was very good to work with you again. Thank you for your loyalty and expertise throughout.
