This is the third year that the showroom has been transformed into a winter wonderland to raise funds for the charity and the event was very well supported by around 500 customers, local businesses and guests on what was a very wet and windy evening. Red Herring Catering served champagne and canapes, offering warm bloody Mary shots with seared scallops, red tuna with parmetier potatoes and bearnaise sauce and blinis with gin cured gravadlax and a chervil mascarpone. Entertainment was provided by a chamber music quartet with a selection of Christmas and show tunes and over 100 boutique stalls offering a fabulous choice of beautiful clothing, delicious treats and wonderful Christmas gifts, including the superb bespoke creation hats from Hampshire Hats. All proceeds from the event went to the NSPCC and we very much look forward to helping with this very successful event next year.
