“Wow! What can I say? You were outstanding and I hope your collective ears were red hot today? It was nothing short of superb last night. Everyone was over the moon with the deliciousness of the food for such a number from a mobile kitchen, and they were raving about it. Your food was delicious and imaginative, they loved the ‘sail’ connection with the crostini and the personalised chocolate on the pudding was such a clever touch.
I also want to commend you on the calibre of your staff. Every single one of them are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, a smile and problem sorted. You should be very proud of them, and so smart – not a black skirt, white shirt (usually with a black bra underneath) to be seen. With so many nationalities to contend with the menu could have been a problem but I think there wasn’t one, all of the ‘overseas’ visitors I have spoken to were in raptures.
